IMCS France Atlantique (Rouen) joined the IMCS Group as an Associate Member in 2009 in order to represent the IMCS Group in the Rouen - Le Havre area. Whilst being part of the IMCS Group "Atlantic Wall", the office operates locally under the name of 1AMEX and is committed to providing high quality professional survey and consultancy work in order to assist and help both its local and international clientele. After having spent 26 years at sea, from cadet to Master on different types of ships and with different European shipping companies, the office manager, Capt. Remus Balazs, is keen on taking up exciting challenges in the dynamic and fast developing marine environment.
