IMCS UK - North was founded in 2006 by Capt. Iain Maden as part of the IMCS UK Office which has representation in both the Southern and Northern part of the UK.. 

The office, which performs ship inspection and cargo surveys, as wel as expert witness work for national and international clients, is strategically located to cover ports in the northern part of the UK.
